Qualifications & Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Experienced in ERP business side (Human Resources).

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.

•⁠ ⁠+2 years’ experience. 

•⁠ ⁠Sufficient communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent analytical abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent experience in MS Office.

•⁠ ⁠English proficiency (Reading, Writing and speaking)

Job description & Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Perform Detailed Business Requirement Studies.

•⁠ ⁠Analyze and map the requirements to Application processes.

•⁠ ⁠Identify research gap.

•⁠ ⁠Setting-up training environments.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare standard operating procedure manuals.

•⁠ ⁠Testing of system customization (Forms, Interfaces and Reports).

•⁠ ⁠Assist users in UAT and resolve UAT issues.

•⁠ ⁠Assist developers to upload the master data and open transactions.

•⁠ ⁠Post live support.
