• Perform Detailed Business Requirement Studies.
• Analyze and map the requirements to Application processes.
• Identify research gap.
• Setting-up training environments.
• Prepare standard operating procedure manuals.
• Testing of system customization (Forms, Interfaces and Reports).
• Assist users in UAT and resolve UAT issues.
• Assist developers to upload the master data and open transactions.
• Post live support.
