SCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ERP HR Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems within the Human Resources domain and will be adept at translating business needs into technical solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed business requirement studies, mapping requirements to application processes, setting up training environments, preparing SOP manuals, testing system customizations, assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), supporting developers with data uploads, and providing post-live support.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experienced in ERP business side (Human Resources).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

Job Description & Responsibilities:

The ERP HR Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and support of ERP systems within the HR domain. Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform Detailed Business Requirement Studies: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to ensure all needs are identified and met.
  • Analyze and Map Requirements to Application Processes: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and align them with application processes.
  • Identify Research Gap: Recognize areas needing further research or development to meet business requirements.
  • Setting-Up Training Environments: Create and manage training environments to facilitate user training and system familiarization.
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedure Manuals: Develop comprehensive SOP manuals to guide users in operating the ERP system.
  • Testing of System Customization (Forms, Interfaces, and Reports): Conduct rigorous testing of system customizations to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly.
  • Assist Users in UAT and Resolve UAT Issues: Provide support during User Acceptance Testing, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Assist Developers to Upload Master Data and Open Transactions: Work with developers to ensure master data and open transactions are accurately uploaded into the system.
  • Post Live Support: Offer ongoing support to users after the system goes live to ensure smooth operation and address any issues.
